This is the buying, selling or re-mortgaging a Property. Here at Hamill Wallace & Hardy Solicitors, our Conveyancing Team can assist you with all of your Property needs. Whether you are entering into a Long Term Lease or indeed a Short Term Tenancy, we will advise you on the up to date law that is appropriate in this area and will draft the Lease for you. We also deal with Disputes if an agreement between parties cannot be resolved.

Debt Collection:

We have a dedicated Debt Collection Team that will provide a full service from the demand letter to the Court hearing and enforcement proceedings for instalment order, committal order, as to register the debt against a property.

Road Traffic Prosecutions / Criminal Law:
